With this metal finder app, you can detect surrounding magnetic fields, electronic waves, or metals such as steel and iron. When a metal object is nearby, the reading value will increase. This versatile app can also be used as a body scanner, EMF meter, wire finder, pipe finder, or even a ghost scanner.

The Metal Detector app (Medal Finder) provides the option to display the magnetic field in µT (micro tesla), mG (milli Gauss), or G (Gauss). To provide context, 1 µT is equal to 10 mG and 1000 mG is equal to 1 G. In nature, the typical magnetic field strength ranges from 30µT to 60µT or 0.3G to 0.6G. Therefore, if there is a metal object nearby, the reading strength should exceed 60µT or 0.6G.

• This free metal detector app cannot detect non-ferrous metals such as gold, silver, and aluminum, as they do not possess magnetic fields.
